As a Positivity Health & Wellness coach I work with people who:

C: Want to lose weight naturally by understanding how their hormones, sleep, food choice, and daily movement can affect their energy levels and attitudes.

I support people in uncovering their character strengths and talents to recognize who they are at their best and then help them blend their strengths into daily action steps to reach desired outcomes for a healthy life at work, home, or play.

How Coaching Works

Coaching is a journey where I motivate you to build an awareness and attitude of practicing healthy habits and then hold you accountable in creating healthy change.  Together we explore 4 main areas:

1. Character Strengths

2. Talents and abilities where you are your best professionally and personally 

3. Belief level in ability to change

4. Internal and external clutter of current lifestyle


My coaching philosophy is rooted in Positive Psychology, Appreciative Inquiry, Emotional Styles of the Brain, and how people respond to stress, disease, pre-diabetes, weight management, and behavior change. I champion people to focus on “what’s right in life” and practice traits of “who they are at their best.”


I firmly believe we are on this planet to share our gifts, realize our potential, and fulfill that individual purpose unique to our core in the most healthful way.  We do not have to do life alone so as your coach I will support you in being successful in living a flourishing life.  Well-being is a journey through many interrelated dimensions of health, relationships, hardships, and action steps to wholeness.
